At Signature Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unworn and unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@signatureshoes.com to obtain a return authorization. Include your order number and reason for the return.
3. Condition of Items
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
